Baseball and Camping in the Backyard

On Saturday (June 27) Dave and I spent the afternoon teaching Abby and Jacob how to play catch. We taught them how to catch their baseballs in their gloves and thow them back to us with some accuracy. It is alot of fun to get to teach them things like that when they are here with us.

After playing ball Dave set up the tent in the backyard so that he could go "camping" with the kids that night. The kids love being able to sleep outside at night with Dad. As you can see from the pictures, Connor, Abby , and Jacob "helped" Dave set up the tent. And they were alot of help to Dave, except for Connor. Who spent more time trying to take the tent down than set it up. But he was happy and entertained and not too much of a hindrance to Dave. So it was ok. Hope you like some of the photos I took that afternoon.
