To celebrate Sharee's graduation, Katy and I went to Seguin to have a girls weekend. It has been YEARS since we were all together with no kids. It was awesome!! We definitely need to do that more often.
The girls at The Oaks Bar in Seguin on Saturday afternoon. I love my two great friends.
The girls out on the town at night. I can not remember the name of either bar we went to that night but that is ok. I am sure Sharee could tell you if you are really interested.
Seriously....she looks amazing.

Willie Nelson!!!
I love Willie Nelson and his music. So when a co-worker said "I have an extra ticket, want to go with me tonight?" I literally jumped on her with excitement. She had GREAT seats too!! Here are the two great pictures I got of the LEGEND performing.

Dave's Tire Change
This afternoon Dave got a flat tire while riding his motorcycle. Luckily Melissa was able to bring him his tools and a new tire so he could change his tire and be on his way back to work quickly.

The Houston Art Museum
Aunt Melissa took the kids the Houston Art Museum today. She said they had a great time and all of the kids were really well behaved. I am not too sure how much I believe the well-behaved part, but according to the kids they did have a great time.
Watching a firetruck go by. Look at the concentration!
They all liked trying on Aunt Melissa's glasses.
Poor Preston. He was so tired.

Connor's 3rd Birthday Party
Today we had a backyard party to celebrate Connor's 3rd birthday. Papa Vroom Vroom (my Dad), Aunt Melissa, Robert and Al attended this joyous event. Connor loved swimming with his friends and family!
I love his smile!
Preston enjoying his time floating on a "boat" in the pool. Could he be any cuter??
Papa Vroom Vroom helping Connor go down the waterslide.
The family enjoying the hottub.
Connor's cake. Connor insisted the cake be red with trains. So....this is a cake with red icing and trains.

Connor trying to unwrap his gift from Mom and Dad.
Preston was testing out Connor's new bike while Dad assembled it. He is such a nice little brother!

Pool Boys
To get the pool ready for Connor's birthday party, Dave spent a good amount of time getting the covers off the pool and cleaning it. It was a good thing he had such great helpers to cut down the work load. And here we thought that we would have no more use for the car snow brushes once we moved here.

Connor's Birthday Morning Pancakes
Connor loves to help me make the pancakes in the morning. He is turning into quite the little chef.
Love that smile on him!
"Mmmmm....good!"

Connor's Daycare Birthday Sign
The boys' daycare celebrated Connor's birthday on their sign. Connor was so proud to see his name on such a big sign!
Preston wanted to stand under the sign too. He just never would look at the camera.

Why childproofing takes so long to complete
Preston insisted on "helping" Dave childproof the kitchen drawers in our new house. As you can imagine, Preston's "help" added alot of time to the process. But who could say no to such a cute little helper?
