My sister Melissa was kind enough to come to Salt Lake for 5 days to meet her new nephew Connor. Connor loved all of the attention and the great time spent getting to know his Aunt. I know he will enjoy her visits more and more when he gets older and can play with her. While Melissa was here we went to a few places in Salt Lake so that we could show her around but mostly we stayed at home. Getting out with a 5 week old is not as easy as you would imagine. One of the nice things though about Meliss's trip was how many pictures she took! She really is a camera nut, but I love that about her. I hope you like some of the best pictures I picked out of the 200 she took.
Aunt Melissa and Connor's first picture together.
The Anderson Family and our dogs.
We went hiking on Antelope Island together. It was nice but the bugs were not that great. Or you could say....the bugs loves us a little too much.
Connor in his car seat. His hat kept falling over his eyes while he was sleeping and Melissa thought it was just too cute.
One of the evenings Melissa was here Dave BBQed some good burgers and sausage for us. It was a wonderful evening and great weather for just relaxing ont he back porch together.
Dave took Melissa for a ride on his bike since she had not been on the back of a sportbike. She seemed to have a great time and Dave just plain loves to ride.

Connor is One Month Old
One May 9th, Connor was one month old. He has changed our lives so much and in such wonderful ways. He is doing great too. The doctor is really pleased with his progress and how much weight he is gaining. He is already starting to smile without it being from gas and is very active with his arms and legs. It is amazing the amount of kicking one kid can do in such a short time of being awake! He is also a very good sleeper. Since the day we brought him home he is pretty regular in what times he gets up at night. He eats at 11pm, 2am, and 5am pretty much every night and Dave and I really did not have any hand in setting that schedule too much.
On May 4th, we went to Olan Mills and had family portraits done with Connor. After we got home I still thought he looked cute so I took more pictures of him just hanging out with Mom and Dad.
It was a long afternoon for the boys. Don't they look so cute napping on the couch together?
These pictures are from May 14th, when Connor was hanging out with Mom and Aunt Melissa. I love his little sailor overalls that looked so darn cute on him.
