Our day at the Neighborhood Park

Today we took the boys to the park that is down the street from our house and then to eat at Wendy's. Preston loves to take walks in the stroller and is awake a good portion of the time we are walking. He just stares at the sky and enjoys the motion of the stroller. Connor loves the walks too. He points out the planes that are flying over and all of the trees that are blocking his view of the sky. Connor loves the park and really loved having Dad there to help him climb on all of the really tall sections of the playground. He also loved just walking around in the open grassy section with Dad. When we went to lunch at Wendy's it was great. This week is the first time we have been able to go to a restaurant and order adult food for Connor and he would actually eat it. He is eating chicken, beef, beans, oranges, and rice now and we are just tickled pink with that. Connor still will not eat too many vegetables unless they are the babyfood jar variety. I am not sure when he will grow out of that but we are hopeful he will learn to love real vegetables soon.
