A doctor update

Friday April 11th Connor and I both had doctor's appointments.

I had my 17 week Prenatal Checkup today. Everything is looking great. The baby's heartrate is still strong, fast and doing great. And my stomach is growing and getting larger by the day. So it seems that everything is right on track and doing great. Next appointment is the Sonogram. And yes....we are a little excited about that.


Connor had his one year checkup with the Pediatrician. He is 20lbs and 5 oz. (15th percentile) and 29 inches (25th percentile). So that means......he is still skinny and long. But his weight percentile is getting into the double digits now! The poor kid though got 4 shots today and his finger pricked to check for anemia. (he is not anemic, fyi) But he was such a trooper! He was in good spirits before we even left the doctor's office, even though he was not a huge fan of the shots when they were happening. He is doing great on his all of milestones and is even hitting a few of them early. So the doctor was very pleased with him. All we have left now is his Cardiology checkup on May 5th.
